I had ordered a different model from a different company and it arrived damaged in multiple places

I really this file cabinet however the removable stationary tray appears to be damaged and does not click into place fully which means it pops out of place every time i open the drawer

All metal except the casters and the pencil tray assembled we only had to put the casters on the bottom
