Pros

This is in no way a dealbreaker. I still consider this a 5-star item because all other facets (including price) are so awesome. This product exceeded above and beyond the expectations i needed.

The design of this headphone is very nice. I love that it is adjustable and can fit to her head. She says it's comfortable and has no problem with it whatsoever. The flat cord also prevents tangling.
