Some seem light, as if product evaporated. This product promises far more than it can deliver. It has a refreshing taste, but didn’t deliver on its promise to help me to fall asleep.

These are insanely overpriced melatonin supplements. Induces drowsiness, but no sleep. My sleep is terrible due to ptsd.

Way less calories and negative effects on your body than alcohol

There’s 3mg of melatonin per drink which is fair but for the price i wish it was 5mg

It worked and while it’s not inexpensive it’s hard to put a price on a good night’s sleep

The travel packets do come in handy when traveling and in my experience they take affect sooner than the drinks

I was trying to tastetry new drinks for sleep since my usual neuro sleep seems to have delayed deliveries on amazon
