I cant help but to notice how others target the professionalism of the bags presentation and its unfortunately cheap plastic hooks for straps

After about 15 months of heavy use the main zipper started to come apart from the cloth

I contacted the manufacturer they asked for a couple of photos of the bag and the damage and quickly sent a replacement under the warranty

One thing missing in the design is that it doesnt have a very good pouch for small things like usb sticks or coins

When i empty my pockets or airport security i usually put these kinds of things in the front left pocket the vertical zipper shown in the pictures but its rather difficult to dig them back out from this pocket
