Have been ordering it on amazon since my local whole foods store in monterey, ca stopped carrying it. Used to find ts at my local vitamin store. Tx you amazon. This is a high quality product that i'm happy to add to my protein supplement regimen.

At only 90 calories per serving and 20 grams of protein this provides the bulk of my daily protein intake. It mixes well and is an easy recommendation. It is unflavored so whatever you add you get the mixing flavor.
Cons
The ingredients label suggests there can be contamination from wheat, shellfish, and several other allergens. As i drank it, i kept saying thia isn't so bad. It tastes like it's from the 1990's--horrible.
Completely disappointed. Dont buy this item especially from this seller. I hope solgar will consider returning to the og.
The new-formulation tastes terrible. Now the flavor is a nauseating artificial caramel flavor.
