Easy to *, good size, good dose. The capsules come in a brown glass bottom and seems good quality.

These are great quality vitamin the only let down is the price but you get what you pay for i suppose
Solgar has always been great for me they have high quality manufacturing standards and the dosage is 1000mg which is more than enough
I think that the supplements with the larger dosage of vitamin c are much more efficient at helping
Dislike size the results from taking product very satisfying

At the first time capsule and powder was white 100 capsule

Cotton wool piece inside bottle presumably to prevent too much movement of pills inside bottle in transit

No added stuff in the ingredients which i why i choose solgar and pay that but extra
