Pros

This is the only one that fits my foot and provide relief from planter fasciitis pain. Seem to help just as good as custom orthotic insoles. This is perhaps my fifth insole of this brand and it always provides orthotic support.

Heated these up and molded them, then went for a 12 mile hike with a 35 pound pack the next day. I'm a vet tech so i am on my feet all day so for them to last 3 years is pretty great.

Even with the slight slop between the insoles and the edge of the shoe, these are better than anything else i've tried. These fit best in a sneaker or walking shoe. The moldable arch support is a bit thick, but works very well for my foot.

Cons
