The mediums are great in my low top trail runners. For me these work as well or better than my rx from the podiatrist. Perfect for my tennis and hiking shoes.
Cons
The arches in these are too close to the heel for me. There is a visible bump where the inside/forward part of you heel will be. They are way too long and way too wide to fit a regular shoe.
