We just bought a pair for my daughter and learned that if your shoe is at the upper size range the arch support goes quite far back for the average foot

Most people will feel the arch is a bit too far back when they start wearing these which is the nature of wearing supportive fitness

Unfortunately they were just too high at the heel for them to work in any of my hiking boots

If you have a less high heel wear thin socks or size up your boots more than i have then maybe you could get them to work
