These give as good support as the custom orthotics from a speciality store. These are cushy and have enough arch support. The padding on top of arch is soft and provides cushion for harder rides.

They are durable. They absorb the shock from the hard surface very well.

I have no gripes as to the comfort and support of these insoles but the cork is a huge mistake. They're also $10-15 more expensive than the ultra for a near identical yet inferior product.
