Pros

It's not an oversize elliptical and fits perfect in the room i have it set up in. The box is big and heavy. Very thick, double layered cardboard at the bottom.

The sole brand is the closest thing you’re gonna get to a commercial elliptical. This is the best home elliptical that i have used. Not many of those left on the market now.

It arrives on a large pallet and the delivery driver used a pallet jack to place it in my garage for assembly. The assembly instructions are adequate. Shipped to my home through a series of freight forwarders.

I think i just need to tighten the bolt for the foot pedal. I live in a very noise sensitive condo building, and the sole e35 is quieter than my huffing and puffing when i am on it.

Cons

The sole elliptical trainer makes a loud clicking noise. The machine also squeaks with every stride. After 5 minutes there were clicking and squeaking sounds. This is a serious design flaw that causes harm to the back.

Company's false advertising and non-existent tech support are completely inexcusable. No other guidance is provided on how to sync the data. Reviews for both the android and ios app corroborate this.

Had to get the motor replaced by a technician. Spent over a thousand dollars on a machine and now can't use it. It's well out of warranty, i just hope it holds up another 6-8 months.

I had a budget of 2000 for a new elliptical and then found this for only 13 of my budget but seemed to meet all my needs

They responded quickly and i got it resolved

The warrantee is being handled by a third party which has shipped a part or parts and will hopefully send someone to install them

The freight delivery guy was so kind and put the 400 lb

Arrived 3 days prior to the estimated shipping window

The packing slip said it was a total of 315 pounds and i would swear the flywheel was 50 of it alone

The box arrived pretty damaged some other have had the same issue however everything in the box was fine

This machine is better than most commercial ones i have used at the fitness centers

Lives up to its name and is better than most ive seen in professional gyms

The elliptical has also followed us to two countries

Ordered from amazon as opposed to sole as amazon had a longer return window
