Pros

Very thick, double layered cardboard at the bottom. A lot more convenient and cheaper than going to a gym. It is much more noisy than my old true elliptical.

It has been manhandled up and down stairs to several apartments. Shipped to my home through a series of freight forwarders. Only negative is the assembly.

Cons

This hunk of * is now stuck in my home- heavy and expensive and useless. Incredibly disappointing.

Like several other purchasers, my sole elliptical trainer makes a loud clicking noise. It sounds like a bird chirping constantly. The peddles are not padded at all either.

I have had the e35 system since april of 2020 and we had issue with the main board not starting button

Comfortability is not best in class but acceptable

Shipping

Arrived 3 days prior to the estimated shipping window

The shipping company called me from an unlisted number that i didnt answer the first two days

Getting it off the shipping crate caused some cardboard damage but the machine and foam packing was unharmed

Shipping company was great they called a day before delivery then a half hour beforehand

Packaging/appearance

Sole did a great job packaging this

Competitiveness

The elliptical was more expensive than many of the competitors when i bought it but it felt more heavy duty

This is a great low impact excersise that is better for your joints than other activities

Now keep in mind i am a 61 240lb guy and it does not shake or make noise

Not many of those left on the market now
