The instructions are simple and very clear. They are a bit pricey but worth it. They're easy to cut with sharp scissors.

Cons

Customer service is not horrible, it's non-existent. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. Dont be fooled by the 29.

The ball of the foot area is too thick (even with taking the previous insole out of the shoe) this makes the toe box too tight. At the arches it’s just as narrow as any other insole rendering the arch support useless.

This is a lot to spend on insoles that are not returnable. Since i bought these for hiking boots, it pretty much defeats the purpose of a more comfortable insole of it’s eventually going to just cause pain.
