Pros & Cons
Pros
The heat molding process makes for a custom fit insole. Perfect for hiking shoes. I have a normally arched foot so perhaps a highly arched / high volume wide foot would need the thin version of sole inserts.
Firm arch support & an excellent replacement for the linings of my shoes. Years of cramping, injuries etc have been solved. It handles the proper foot support for months of hard use.
Cons
Great arch support but there’s almost no padding at all. The reason is that they are very ridged with no cushion. No relief from my plantar fasciitis pain. These sole insoles are not how they used to be.
Amazon refunded my money after i returned the pair. eligible for refund or replacement.
Be careful folks. Just really disappointed in the product. Buyer take notice, false advertising at play here.

I needed these shoes for my wider feet but the downside is that the shoes don’t have great arch support in them so i hunted around for the perfect arch support inserts since i have the flattest feet ever they over pronate
