Pros

Having the center piece removable makes it easy to add more firewood. Grilled steaks both sirloin strip and t-bone. Holds heat better than the stock weber steel grates.

Good quality, heavy duty and cleans up nicely. Cleaning is a little tougher with the checker board pattern. Impressive and very sturdy.

Cons

It's of a good weight, but the uneven surface doesn't make sense. Arrived broken in 20 pieces. Must have been packaged that way.
