Pros
Set of chairs and ottomans is perfect for a small patio. The color matches the floor and railings harmoniously. Perfect for a balcony.
Plastic wicker isn’t cheap or flimsy. Classy modern look.
If you have an electric screwdriver and/or ratchet wrench, these are easy to assemble. Used my own tools.
The quality of the furniture & cushions are great! Cushions are comfy and ottoman doubles as foot rest and an extra seat. The pillow that came with ours is the oblong one.
Cons
They are awful. They only have a 6 month warranty. Very disappointed. Odd size makes replacement difficult and expensive.
Seating area is so small and short, arms feel like tree branches, no cushion. After about a year of covered patio use the cushions are already falling apart. Tearing at the seams with internal foam exposed.

I found that using my husbands socket wrench and small power drill were better suited and made the job much easier

First of all the furniture was supposed to arrive 2 weeks after i placed the order but it took over a month to arrive and amazon was completely unhelpful

The only hiccup was that one of the fittings was under the woven part of the chair and i panicked thinking it was defective
