It says they can be used indoor or outdoor but if indoor the charger would have to be near a window to get some sun

The build quality is very good the lights stay lit almost the whole night with only a couple of hours of sun a day

As this limit was not included in the circuit the lights start to flash when the battery runs low instead of just turning off
