Pros
Passion flower is good to take along with valerian for restful sleep. I take one capsule and feel like the world has been lifted off my shoulders. It helps me relax after my 10 hour night shifts.
The solaray passion flower (burgundy package) does the trick for me every time! Seems to be helping. An added and unexpected bonus is that it has actually helped some with my ad/hd symptoms.

Your hr must be below a certain level to fall asleep and i do this when i wake at night and it works breath in through your nose deeply for 4 seconds hold for 7 then breath out for 8 with your tongue on the roof of your mouth why i dont know
