Pros

No aftertaste and you feel energized shortly after taking. The capsule size is fine. I wish the capsule was smaller.

Vitamin b complex helps me fight brain fog and stress sweating. I use it as my daily supplement and it does a great job. Does exactly what vit. B complex- balances mood, energy, metabolism.

Cons
