I tried turning off and on but it sort of blinks but does not stay on

They sit nearly flush to the ground and light upwards so this is not a walkway light which should shine downwards

The only negative is the directions state to turn them off during the day and back on at night if you use the sticky tape method instead of stakes you are unable to reach onoff button as it is located on the back

Bought 16 onto one didn’t work

Good product but cosmetically some of them had dents and the plastic that covers the leds were broken on 2 or 3 of them
