It worked once and never worked again

Initially arrived charged and when placed in sunlight green lights come on so you think great it’s charging brought it on holiday to benidorm charged my phone and placed it on the balcony in full sun 23deg for 6 hours and it never charged a drop plugged it in to the wall socket and it charged up just won’t work as a solar one

Bad quality of rubber casing not waterproof at all maybe its one in a thousand but i had to return the item
