Also the cover is thin and is hard to grab when lifting it off the screen.
Unless that person was trying to put their fingers through the screen, i don't know what they're talking about.

The bottom of the case is great but the living hinge seems kind of flimsy and can skew from side to side

Speaking of the magnetic cover i dont think id ever use the sticktotherefrigerator feature but i tested it and it works at least on my fridge
