Pros
The sog multitool has the smoothest pliers i have ever used. The screwdriver blades are very thick, as they need to be given the twisting load on them. Compound leverage system is no joke.
Sog is a great product and brand. Everything about this mulitiool is as advertised. It feels very well-made, and is very solid.
Small enough and light enough to accompany me everywhere. I collapses into a size that fits well in a backpack.
It’s compact, lightweight, and seems durable. Unique features such as the magnetic hex bit holder and tools accessible from the outside of the handles. Less sturdy than the larger offerings, it appears well built and sturdy compared to the weight.
Cons
The protractor is useless and not accurate. The pliers, cutters and crimpers are the only useful tool. They also give what feels like an overpowered grip for such a small tool.
The thumb access cutout is oversized and gets very easily filled with junk when cutting. After using the knife for the first time, the blade now hyper extends resulting in it not having enough pressure to cut through anything.

Very good value for a high quality product
Didnt know the brand beforehand but getting to see and and hold it assured me its a quality product
I didn’t want to big of a multi tool but i wanted a sturdy tool with the right tools

As the pictures showthis is straight out of the shipping bag it was sent in

My problem was the condition of the packaging
However everything that i didnt like about the poweraccess was fixed in the powerlock
Competitiveness
I usually use a multitool in marine environments and thus stainless steel is a musthave for me
The pliers are amazing and what i use most in a multitool
I was looking for a multitool to carry as part of my edc
I still wanted a midsize multitool that wasnt too heavy

When closed you can slightly open the pliers to expose the drive bit holder and place any standard bit
