The waistband is very stretchy i’m usually a medium in us women’s sizes so that’s what i ordered

They looked really small at first so i was worried but they could probably fit anywhere from a us size 410ish

The fabric is pretty stiff and not like what you find in stores as other commenters have mentioned but it honestly doesn’t change my review

I ordered a size up from what i’d typically wear and they fit great even at 8 months pregnant because the waist is very stretchy
