Excellent customer service will recommend this product
I was concerned that the low price would reflect low quality but it is so nice i immediately ordered a second one
Since i think throwing them in the wash breaks down the water resistance part of the product
It washes very well in the washing machine and is simply cute with the paw prints
Packaging/appearance
The replacement packaging showed a couch but size on tag was the same as the first time so thought again i was sent the wrong item
Am quite happy with the size i purchased but their packaging should reflect what is actually in the package so there is no confusion
Competitiveness
Helps to protect the chairs against our 30lb dog when he gets on them
I put it on a leatherlike fabric so it slips a bit when the cats hit it
Ordered anothe brand at the same time and sent it back

The only thing would be if the leg portion would be slight longer maybe by six inches

When i received it the first time i was sure i was sent the wrong item as the picture on the package showed a loveseat and the sizing was a lot bigger on the tag than was listed in the product description

I found the elastic doesnt really help hold it in place
