It's soft, really soft! In fact, it feels like you're sitting on an inflatable or a cloud at times, which i really like. We have black leather theater seating which is great but we are always needing extra seating. One sits really comfy!

The beans seem a little mushy, but i also ordered extra. My only complaint is it need constant fluffing. The only nitpicks i really have, though, is that there was a funky chemical smell.

The second one has an unpleasant scent, has less filling, and the cover is thinner. It's horribly lumpy and uncomfortable.

The zipper was faulty and would not properly open. The cover isn’t waterproof, so liquids * into the loose foam filling. There is no inner liner making it impossible to wash.
