Pros

Insole has a soft full-foot insole upper and a hard shaped plastic lower that extends from the heel to the midfoot and arch. The heel section has a nice soft donut (that's the gel part) to alleviate the pain common in plantar fasciitis.

Great product. These absolutely get me through my day. Have more than one set. Will be ordering more. Initial feelings are positive!
