Pros
This keeps the minerals from building up on the skin so that the soap rinses clean. It probably makes a wonderful creamy mushroom soup.
Cons
Sodium citrate had the odor of curry powder. I like curry powder, but it didn’t belong in this product.

This worked but it was a bit tedious to neutralize the lemon juice as needed instead of just using the ready made powder

I used about a teaspoon of sodium citrate with a cup of water and a half pound of finely shredded cheddar cheese and got a silky smooth cheese sauce which i incorporated into 2 lbs of broccoli too make broccoli cheese

Mixed in 4 sodium citrate to cheese by weight and it came out glossy and smooth

I still havent found it but about 2 12 tsp of this dissolved in 2 cups of milk then adding 8 oz of sharp cheddar cheese block i didnt even grate it just added it to sauce in small pcs made a very creamy sauce

I need to experiment with adding other cheeses mustard who knows what else to get the right flavor
