Pros

Stand is thick enough to manipulate how i need it yet still stands sturdy. Arms are easily maneuverable, yet stiff when put in desired place. Easily * onto my desk.

Cons

Zero, zippo, nada. The bolts are not accessible at all and the supports/stems themselves are weak and floppy. There is no room for a wrench to fit into the clamp.
