Ever since moving in ive smelled a slight odor from the septic system so i was worried that the previous owners didnt have it emptied as they were supposed to or worse yet that the system might be failing

As luck would have it anytime septic was the company that emptied the tank prior to my purchase so at least i knew it had been emptied as agreed by the sellers
