These seem pretty terrible. They feel cheap, thin and flimsy. The strap that wraps around the calf and is connected with velcro, only has one little place that you can attach the velcro.

I tried using it as ankle guard but it will need part of the hard plastic dremeld off and the lower velcro will have to go around the bottom of the foot
