Pros

The motion detection is very good. She likes to use the dish or pot to activate the sensor, which is great. Was contacted and offered a replacement item at no cost.

Works flawlessly everytime. Can be used either 4-aa battery or usb power adapter but not for rechargeable as explained in posting. I use it on full dispense (4) to get the most amount of soap that it will dispense.

Cons

The unit dispenses the soap fairly miserly, you need two squirts of 1 second to get a useful amount. This seems to be a new gimmick, because i have seen it with another product that was totally damaged. The entire tank full of product was dispensed an... Read More

The dispenser still turns on, detects my hand, but doesn't pump. It still senses and you can hear the motor but nothing comes out. The description mentions 2 years warranty but there seem to be no way to get it.
