An example of ridiculous would be the old stereotype of making lasagna but substituting the ricotta cheese with cottage cheese and the mozzarella cheese with some soy based substitute

Theyre not your standard meat and potatoes variation of a recipe youve already tried

There are not a lot of unusual ingredients and most of the recipes do not have a lot of ingredients so they arent timeconsuming
