I'm 290 lbs and it supports me very well. Can do a routine of exercise from the app. Steady & able to sustain my 200 lbs self.

The only con is that there is an inflatable rubber ring that the ball sits inside is a little hard to inflate. Like is fairly easy to set up. Thanks for being so quick and considerate.

Ball is very small and difficult to inflate. The bottom ring is weak so doesn't hold the ball steady. The base is not sturdy enough for increased resistance bands. It is flimsy and deflats very easily.

The kohl's return policy is horrible. Charged $25 for return of product. Soalpha refuses to even acknowledge my purchase after i sent an email requesting refund.
