It's about half polyester about what looks like three, maybe four different types of shredded foam. The fill still clumps and moves around while i sleep.

This pillow is extremely soft and non supportive and i hate it. Was super uncomfortable. I have trouble sleeping on pillows that don't properly support my head and neck.
