Pros

It's very heavy and the filling denser than other similar pillows. It's breathable as well. I highly recommend getting some microfiber jersey pillow cases to replace the thick, white factory case that it comes in.

Great pillow. I am so relieved to finally have found a pillow that works. The result is fantastic. Will update after some time.

The best pillow i've ever owned. Replaced an extremely old tempurpedic pillow. Good for the price.

A huge compliment to the manufacturer and to amazon for the fast delivery from the usa to germany. I thought no biggie, they have great company support. Also like the warranty.

Cons

It is not firm and you have to put it in the dryer for it to fluff up. Beware, pillow firmness is not as adjustable as implied.

The company is no help, as they punted me back over to amazon, and all amazon does is offer me a return. Intend to demand refund immediately. Which is sorta * but hey amazon seller wants it back and i want buyers to be ware before they buy it.
