I ran into that dilemma like at a restaurant the server tells you the plate is hot but you still feel the need to touch it anyway the queen mattress was hot

The mattress was easy to unpack it was to its full size within a couple hours

The default softnessfirmness seems just fine for me although it has gotten softer over time not to any degree which is an issue

One longer side of the mattress is not quite as straight as the other and bulges a bit which became obvious when it was unrolled
