Pros
This little snowblower is pretty incredible overall. You can direct where the snow is blowing to reduce the amount of work created from blowing more snow in your path.
This machine is quite lightweight and easy to maneuver. Imagine a very lightweight lawnmower - that is what it is like to manoeuvre. I'm a 71 yr old female and i find it easy to work with.
Solid red and charging. Comes with 2 rechargeable batteries. The harder it works the quicker the battery drains.
The smell of smoky oil and gasoline on my winter coat is gone. I live in a small townhome and the plows usually plow my parking.
Cons
They have the worse customer service i have ever encountered. For $600 (cad), it's not worth it for me. Far below from advertised parameters.
