Pros

The soft yellow is the perfect shade to clearly see anything you're writing on them using any colour pen. The paper is perhaps a little thinner, and appears somewhat'shiny' to me.

These sticky notes are as good as post it notes but usually much cheaper. It's always useful to have something handy to jot down information during a phone call. The square notes are ideal for process mapping and affinity diagrams.

Cons

Can't use in a dispenser because they are attached on the same side. Don't like that aspect. Paper is very thin.
