Pros

It's sturdy, well padded and comfortable. It seems very well made, and it was packaged well. Only problem is that the covers are made of heavy materials and must be washed in the industrial machine at a laundry mat.

The puppy is plenty to keep me busy. Our dachshund/jack russell mix is the neediest dog ever. Yes, it's a little big, but she loves it because she can burrow.

Cons

The bottom cushion is very fluffy and stands up quite high. When you open the vacuum-sealed bag the cushioning arrives in, it instantly blows up so big that it's difficult to even get the stuffing bag to fit inside the bed covering.

It doesn't keep it open -- its just a closed clam shell. The plastic tube is not removable and the entire cover collapses backwards.

After tanner modified it he chewed the plastic tube out of the front he loves it and sleeps in it every night

The packaging is very weak and the latest box was split open and ups used packing tape to keep it in one piece
