A mi niña le funciona la descongestiona. Hoping to help her stuffy nose. They work well too for congestion and relaxation.
Kids like the flavor of the sticks. Kiddo keeps one in the car and next to her bed. My six year old swears by these - she always has one on her.

They are a very strong smell which as an adult i’m fine as it works for me but my 3 year old will plug his nose and say it’s stinky and won’t try it to open his airways…
