The instructions were very clear in how the bulbs should be installed though for 9007 bulbs you need to put the locking ring on them as they do not include these if your vehicle uses them

Low beam is bright and the hi beam is retina burning bright i did some driving tests with my truck parked and driving past it in my car and i was not blinded nor did i get any hotspots beaming at me as i approached the vehicle with lights on simulating what oncoming traffic would see

The high beams did produce a rather blinding light when approaching and passing but the halogen bulbs produce the same effect
