It is truly painless. The snap thing takes some serious pressure to get it to actually click but it accurately distributes blood into the tube. Pressing the needles into my arm did not hurt at all.

The money back guarantee is definitely a scam because they will only refund you if you still have the kit to send back to amazon. I feel like it causes so much unnecessary anxiety & stress. Not to mention the gender disappointment.

So 3 days after mailing and i had my results and that was on the weekend

We did also order one directly through sp and later returned and this was way faster highly recommend

Took a total of 5 days from sending sample in mail to receive results

Results were back in a day and a half from time shipped

I cleaned the bathroom i was in read all of the instructions took the sample and boxed it up
