I had to pry the case open to set the lock because the lid was slightly askew when compared to the base and it had overlapped on one side and was stuck

This box will be a good deterrent because the tether is going to take a bolt cutter to break and no one will want to try to pry the box open while its tethered to the car but the box doesnt look very difficult to pry into

The hinge is outside but the pin would be difficult to remove while its tethered in the car
