We did have one problem when we fired up the mower for the first time the blade was hitting the deck

It turns out there was a manufacturing defect in the mower deck which was not caught during quality control

Since the guy i hired is an authorized snapper dealer too he had the mower deck replaced via a warranty claim

The assembly manual was written ok but could have been more detailed about certain things and the diagrams were not very good and needed much improvement
