I had purchased the expanding hose pipe previously but had to get another one as either the oil delivery man or one of the dogs damaged it and as a result it was leaking

Struggled a bit with leaking from the tap at first then realised there was a washer to put in

You can turn the tap off and the water that remains in the hose still continues to shoot out when the trigger is squeezed until the hose shrinks back to its unextended length
