Pros
Back and neck muscles always feel way better and way more relaxed. Quickly relieved my muscle tension and pain. Hubby has a really bad back and has been going to physio.
This isn't a dealbreaker for me, but it's something to keep in mind. A bit pricey but definitely worth it. Thank you for delivering it.
Cons
Was excited reading the glowing reviews. Large and bulky design. Why ask for amazon's invoice then refuse because it's from amazon.

Anyways for the price i def recommend it ive fallen asleep on it on many occasions lol
Considering its about the price of 2 real massages it is totally worth it for regular aches and tightness
