Paid over $200. Tried contacting them for warranty and have not heard back from them. No car plugin as well, hence is not mobile.
The back rollers go directly up and down, rather than in and out, resulting in a very inefficient massage for the back. If you are taller the best you can do is have the neck part pressing against your upper back. Not the right size for female.
