Pros

Product is easy to use and convenient. Great to use after working out to reduce soreness or tension. Not as bulky as a massage chair.

And 240 lbs, this massager is great for me. Lessens pain in lower and upper back. My 6'3 300 pound guy works a construction job outside that is very physically demanding.

The heat setting is fantastic and the air cushions and vibrate features are surprisingly nice. I wish it would have more types of movements for the back that just one circular move in one direction.

Cons

It is bulky, heavy and has no grips for leverage. Tried 3 diiferent chairs, it is so thick and pushes you every chair.

I'm 6 feet tall and have multiple bulged discs which causes constant back pains. Even at my height the neck massager is way too high. The upper part massage, is just a few inches from the lower part massage.

I was hesitant about spending the money but its totally worth it

Upon delivery the item arrived intact and packaged very well

Packaging/appearance

At first the size of the box was scary big but it was just well packaged

It was well packaged doubled box which really protected to and didnt have all the styrofoam or extra stuff to dispose of

Competitiveness

I have tried other brands with the shiatsu balls and they just hurt

I tried the lesser model by the same company it had better heat but very poor massage so i returned that one for this one
