Pros
The vibration is a bit much for my but my boyfriend enjoys it. Absolutely love the massage and vibration. The rolling massage hits every sore area.
If you are concerned about the sizing my boyfriend is a size 13 and said he fits comfortably. It took a few positioning of my feet in it to find the perfect position and setting to soothe my feet.
This works right out of the box, no setting up or fiddling around with it.
I keep it plugged in and use it several times a day. But when they got this one, they like to use everyday.
As a registered nurse this product helps me tremendously. It feels great with massaging and air pressure system inside. Even my 5 yr old loves to sit and get pampered.
Cons
The vibration is wonky. The kneading isn't strong/firm enough. It's awkward getting your feet in and out. The roller is extremely painful if you are not used to having a round rock roll across your planar fascia area or the heel bone.

The machine is set to a 20 minute timer that can be shut off prior to 20 minutes or restarted after the 20 minutes but im quite sure that the 20 minute limit is to protect the machine not you so if you use it for 2 hours and it stops working well that on you
